You will be completing your induction, teaching Science, in a school where pupils are polite, friendly, and well mannered. They speak with pride about their learning and the school.


Your leaders create a productive climate for staff development with focused and bespoke training in place. Staff speak highly about the support and training they receive.

Newly qualified teachers highly regard the support that they receive. They feel fully supported as they develop their skills in teaching and managing pupils’ behaviour. They value the quality of the training and the way in which leaders encourage them to be reflective practitioners.

The secondary school is based in Telford and is recruiting a permanent Science teacher (QTS) to join its expanding team. You will be teaching Science to KS3 & KS4 pupils and inspiring pupils to exceed their target grades.

This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an ECT (early career teacher) to join a fantastic school, that is established in successfully supporting ECT’s through their induction period.
